You could even make it so you drop a regular gun (like M4A1 or AK-47) instead if there's an issue where there are no guns to pick up if someone runs out of ammo.

If someone runs out of ammo that's all on them for spraying that much. The only situation where you might be able to justify this is if your team sucks and you're basically 1v8-ing but if you're good enough to do that then you're probably popping headshots left and right and don't need the ammo anyways.

+1 , Although i haven't vip and i guess you are mean only VIP who can buy this card item .. but it will reduce some of blockers who want to pick up weapons and they usually look to the weapon on floor and stand for a min to choose which one shall he pick .. and some of players who dont focus on match just they want pick up weapons .. but in sniper matches its fun some times i through my fr-frozen to see any one pick it up and then kill him easy or in FFA i dont need to reload i just replace my sniper with any of these on floor and keep up

Even if you had this, I doubt the plebs would still not be following you, so no this would still not solve anything.
