Hello ,

This account when i login in game he say this account get block prem , How ?

and i can change password and change email address and pay ZP , and no reason for ban ,
Please GM fix it and back my account to game please ,

If you feel like you've been wrongfully banned (Which I frankly doubt you were), pick it up with the Support, as folks like me can't really do anything but think "He musta done something bad."

Forum and Gamebans are seperate entities entirely.

Seeing as you haven't put forth a detractory attitude on the Game Forums, there isn't really much need to restrict access to it.

Only if your account was bloked because of a payback (you buy ZP then you cancel the transaction .. but meantime you get ZP on your account)
So you will get your account back AFTER you will pay for ZP you buy
But you must use another way for transaction, i think you must use prepay card (not sure) support sould tell you.
For any other reasons like: sharing account, use hacks, swearing/insulting players - but are temporary only first 2 times, - you won't get your account back

Anyway only support center can answer why your account was bloked.
