Did the old accounts had beed deleted ?

Hi

I cannot login into my old accound, and also I can't see my nickname in player rank and my friends nicknames. Did the z8games remove old players from ranking ?. I'm sure how does my nickname looks, becouse I have a screenshot. I played crossfire about 5 years ago and I want to retrive my account. Maybe I look at wrong player ranking.

I don't know about the deleting part, but they changed all the igns from the account who haven't logged in after 2013.

To add onto that, if you did not log in for a prolonged amount of time, your Website access with your Account gets deactivated.

Asking the Support to unblock you usually fixes that problem.

and how long does it take for that to happen? just the website and not the game?

If you can't log into the website but can login to the game, send a ticket to the account admin department with the username in the form of the account you can't log in on. If you mean just the IGN, there was an IGN Purge that changed all the old, inactive names to things like AAAA_0123.
