I can understand the frustration of this, I'm also annoyed about not receiving 20% bonus before I pre-ordered, but maybe that's our own fault for pre-ordering so quickly?
We usually have a 20% bonus at the start of every month, we should of waited a couple of days into the pre-order to see. I'd rather blame both sides rather then their side.
Yes, they should of done this bonus before pre-order, but we're also smart enough to wait and see rather then jumping straight into the pre-order.
