Please help me unlock account transactions when purchasing ZP.

the first thing I want to apologize because I am very bad at speaking English. I am a Vietnam living in America. since I was in Vietnam, I have loved the game crossfire. although a version of the game, but it really makes me excited. again I want to apologize for my poor english. The messages I write out how afraid people do not understand. I am very sorry for that. so I used a Vietnamese translation tool via google english.
in Vietnam I was gone for the game version of the crossfire. but then awareness of the very poor gamers. a lot of fraud as using bug and hach too much makes my version in the country too bad. I'm lucky to be here to experience through the country version of your party. I feel a sense of people playing the game this side is great. So I decided to invest a bit of your account for this party for a long term. At that time I was about to enter the game to purchase VIP character of the game. But there is a little problem when I recharge ZP buy online. I plan to pay with Visa. At that time my official card is lost. So they give me a test card used for 30 days. I have used that card to purchase online ZP. Then the administrator can lock my account because I have not enough information. Now I've got complete information and the banks have given me the official visa card. I want the board to unlock my account so that I can trade again the next time.
