You got an AMD Graphics Card? If yes, is there a program called "Raptr" running in your processes?

Turn that off, and it should work.

Other than that, it could be anything.

If I'm not asking for too much, if you provided a list of the processes running when CrossFire closes would help a great deal..

I think overclocking software causes CF to crash. If you have an EVGA card, exit precision tuner.
