Keyboard binding

Ok so my keyboard has a nasty habit of changing into french this cause my space shift and ctrl keys to not work unless i rebind them in option in the middle of a match this causes issue as I become a "Free Kill" during this rebinding time. Is there a way to fix this so I don't need to rebind my keyboard everytime my keyboard decides to be French.

It happens to me too sometimes, but I think it happens when you click windows key + spacebar.
