Can't Login

Hi

I can't login to my main account. I use "correct login info" and it always says is wrong ID or Password. Recovered my account password 3 times!! And it still thinks I put it wrong. Can login in Crossfire or website. What kind of bug is this!!!

Are you sure that you username is right? If you believe all information is correct, then I would suggest you to send in a Support Ticket explaining your situation.

support doesn't help people. what happened? this game used to have nicer support and GMs that helped people.
