Removed it along with the web mall. You received some temporary rewards according to how many bonus points you had left over. Altough, they just added a new web shop, inclouding event points, maybe that'll become a thing...

like do we have to do 500 events to get enough points for a 3 day red smoke?

That's pretty much what I thought, yes. Or the other way around, you'll get (as usual) a bunch of overpowered ZP weapons for doing more or less nothing. We're more or less used to that, aren't we...
