Could someone remember me why was Saidin the best GM? I didn't use to see the forums before
Well, a few things.
If someone didn't follow the forum rules or something, not only he would get infracted, but Saidin would roast him LOL (was funny)
While we have a good amount of GMs active on the forums, back then Saidin was all alone. (I honestly don't remember any other GM being on forums except FallenAngel and Hpx like once per 3-4 months)
The difference between patch notes. Saidin mainly used sentences with good explainations, instead of an oversized image with 3-4 sentences
Patch Note then vs Patch Note now.
We were also getting them a lot sooner before the maintenance was over.
During maintenances, we all know they took longer than what it says on the post. But if there was an issue, we would get notified and told how longer the maintenance was gonna be extended. Now we're just waiting without any notice for the maintenance to be randomly over.
More communication with the players.
Bugs were actually getting fixed soon, not months and months and 593285646 reports after (no offence to the current GMs)
I could go on......
Now before people come and say that Saidin wasn't the only GM running the game at the time, yes, I know that. But what I was trying to say is that he was the only one active and the only one we would see. There were a few other GMs working in the background but 70% of the players didn't even know they were there. -

Saidin was chill, we had nicknames for him like Saladin or even Sardine (that is actually a kind of fish, in french) - I'm sure if we called our current GMs a fish, we'd get infracted :V -

Come on now. If I infracted or disciplined every person who called me Voilet, Violent, or Violate, there wouldn't be many of you left undisciplined... Wellllllllll, Like Dupree said, saying Voilet instead of Violet can easily be a typo. While idk how you would accidently type Sardine instead of Saidin xDDDD -

Oh damn,the times when we could actually see what bugs were fixed sigh,thats a normal thing happening in every mmo game,I dont get it why that kind of informations couldnt be shared anymore...:( -
LOL, I can't believe the legendary Saidin came back to say Hi to us, after all these years (just noticed the thread now, haven't been so active lately). XD We are glad to know that you are doing great on another game. We wish you were back to being part of the CF Company again, that would be so epically nastalgic. You remember when saidin said "I don't know what this means, but I feel that it deserves an infraction.

This was never built into the game. It was a MOD on modhub / Youtube. The UI was covered with the same picture as the one in the original post. I believe it was around the Mutation mode patch.
Maybe [GM]Violent could dig it up? There was defiantly a thread on the forums about it. -
