Can I / should I still report

I joined a tdm ship and as soon as I load in theres this kid (3 star and im assuming multiple VIP's) aimbotting (blatently, as in spinning everywhere)

I tried to save the replay when the game ended but I was kicked instantly cancelling the replay save, thankfully I have 60fps, 100 quality recorded ingame evidence of his aimbot (and me getting kicked before I could save the replay)

Should I still send in a ticket?

I would accept it taken that Ive seen a speedhaker a few days ago and a blatant aimbotter just an hour ago also in tdm but I couldnt save replay due to other reasons.
They will probably say they will only accept replays so

Yes. And hope the person or robot assisting you doesn't reply with the copy paste response to do the hacking report form.

Well here is the thing, a recording doesn't show him ( as in can't view him directly). There is a reason why you have to provide the IGN, round and time when you submit a report ticket. A recording doesn't really show if the person is walling or using any other hacks.
You can submit a ticket sure, but I'm pretty sure that the recording won't be accepted/ used.

Wherever you think / see somebody hacking and he/ she is the host, don't tell them that you are going to report them. They will kick u out of the room ASAP =(

Yea as Jessy and Svanced have stated they most likely won't accept a non-replay video for direct evidence since it will only show your point of view essentially at the hacker instead of being able to check it out on multiple angles and really investigate like the Replay System ingame. BUT maybe if you supply them with it and they actually bother to check it (instead of just dismissing it since it's not a replay) just to see, then they can essentially 'flag' the person's account for future checks especially if others have provided videos or even replay complaints about the same person.

Honestly wish there was a system to allow Trusted players, who have in the past provided legitimate replays to prove a person is hacking, to Flag and a person's account for GM's to check into for potential hacking.
I would say have people get flagged/tagged for future investigation if they're Kicked out of several matches within a time frame via the kick vote with a reason of 'Hacking' but...well...KVS abuse and people almost always just choose Hacking for the reason to kick since it's the first option.

Do it or not is the same...they will not get ban...they proved it to me many times.....instead i was the one who banned for 3 days...z8 policy you know, it changed to support hackers...
