Well, the Event stated it would end on the 20th.
WHEN, you couldn't have known.
I'm always a bit baffled at the attitude of doing Events on the last minute to reek in the rewards. Why not spread it apart over those entire 10 Days we had, I'm certain we wouldn't be seeing a thread about it now.
Or at the very least, you could of started a day earlier to give you a day of breathing room. -

Dont even try to defend them.The community one is still going yet they closed the individual one like it makes no sense,both have the same end date. -

Or maybe both actually ended today but they extended the community event cus they saw how close we were to finish the melee and shotgun kills.
A countdown would make it easier for us to see if they count the last day or if it ends that day if u get what i mean. -

Uhm,no.The event says september 20 without saying any hour.Events always lasted untill the last day mentioned aswell and never ended before that day(19 instead of 20) -

I know but they started doing it during the CF games for some reason...really annoying.

I mean like the being of the day or the end of the day. They didnt say any hour. Like if we have an assignment in school and we have to 20th it ends the 19 at 00:00. (Sorry my english isnt good I hope u understand)

Seen the edit. Also,if you want to compare this to school its the same thing. You have the deadline on 20th,thats the last day.The next day on 21 you present your project or w/e you had to do. -

Never been like that here in our school dafuq we have to send it in before that xD doesnt matter. Its not our fault. They could have made it more clear for us. Dont get mad at me bruh i aint on their side. They still messed up. Now give me some love brother haha

I hope this is bug otherwise, you have just angered nearly everyone in this community. I still have another 150 shotgun kills left. I hope I didn't do this for nothing since I personally put my own effect and time into this. Espeically when September is a busy month for most people.

Another thing that I would like to add is that you can still check your process on the Individual event tracker.
Normally when a event is finished, you can't track your process anymore. So I believe this is just a bug and the kills for today should count!

I can't check my progress on the Individual section because the individual goals event tracker is gone. Has been since sometime yesterday for me.
^^ That's all that's shown for me on the active.
that being said. I had finished all of my kills like 2-3 days ago. So i'm good. But I can see where it'd cause confusion and rage with people who weren't done. As they'd assume that part of the event is over. And generally when I see a Date X - Date Y I assume the - means THROUGH not To or Until although in the announcement they did SAY "To" in the text part which means the event could certainly have ended at the start of today if they felt like it...but like said the tracker disappeared sometime yesterday for me which is likely the cause of why people think it's over. (Also if you want to talk school assignments and their due dates...usually the teacher's I had would say it's "Due on Sept 20th" Which would mean we have to turn that paper in ON the 20th during that class period.)
So...Misleading...if you will. I'd like to believe it's just a bug (bug on the event page/tracker...NEVER!) or that someone jumped the gun on their Update stuff a little early in preparation and that the Individual IS still going for people who still have kills to finish but can't see the Individual tracker like me.
EDIT: NVM hit the show all on the events page and it says the individual has ended. But yea it does still allow check progess like Abel said...so maybe someone jumped the gun with moving it to the Ended category but it's still maybe active? Soooooooo Misleading. -

Maybe a bad example for u guys, but all our assigments are done through Word/pdf and must be uploaded before the clock passes 00:00 They close the portal after that...Like ur ways better lol, not handen in a paper for years

Yes its back to normal now. Did some kills one hour ago and now they show up. Plus I sent in a support ticket and they responded asap "We are aware of this issue and it was fixed in the meantime".Now I can finish my shotgun kills and maybe reach the community goal aswell.
