Serious "championship" suggestion. Prove your worth.

Hello, CrossFire players. Hello, MODs and GMs. I have a suggestion. This can be done ONLY if Z8Games will support it.
CrossFire is a bit "dead" now, we can make it "alive" again. How? It's simple!
A championship! Probably it's wrong section but i'm posting there. I want a discussion.
We all got sick of the classic 5vs5 S&D championships. So, we can do something different!
TDM tournament. Probably a 2VS2 or 3VS3.
General rules of the tournament;
1st tour - any weapon aviable in the game (except Grenades) , in the map "Train".
2nd tour - shotguns. Map: Ship.
3rd tour - pistols. Map: Egypt.
4th tour - SMG only. Map: Cairo.
5th tour - Snipers only. Map: Prison.
6th tour, it will be best of 3 games. Snipers, pistols, shotguns. Random TDM maps.
Final and the match for the 3rd place: Rifles, pistols and snipers. Random maps. Best of 3.
All the games have to be in TDM mode, 0 seconds respawn, 80 kills.
Every gun and character (including VIP) allowed.
So, Z8Games can host this tournament. Z8 can give the in-game awards.
Rewards for the 1st place: Any weapon from the blackmarket*. (*Aviable now in game). For everyone in the team.
Rewards for the 2nd place: M4A1 - Patriot. For evetyone in the team.
Rewards for the 3rd place: D.eagle - Ultimate gold. For everyone in the team.
Rewards for the 4th place: Combat axe Ares. For everyone in the team.
Rewards for 5-8 places. AK-47 Gold for 30 days. For everyone in the teams.

I find it extremely hard to put toghether "tournament" and "spray fest aka TDM" into the same sentence.

While I certainly am pleased with the Idea that there are people racking their brains for some solution as to how we could vitalize the Game a little, a tournament is automatically a big turn off for some people.

Needless to say, a TD Tournament is already missing the mark with a lot of folks big time.

And I doubt that there are people who'd register just because there are tournaments in this Game. (We even have one running right now, I think?)

Then again, it's not like I'd have much of an idea of what measures to take in order to stop the decline of our population, and preferably get some NA/UK Folks back in without inconveniencing anyone.

To win in 5vs5 S&D you have to have 3 things: Mind (tactics) , skill (aim) , patience (to wait, to collect "info" where are the enemies).
In TDM tournament you have to have only one: Be a really skilled player, who can play with every gun. And it's funny.
And why not?

I play CF only for fun now. My main account got scammed. My main, in which i spent around 5.000$. Support didn't help me. So, now i'm playing from alt account. I don't buy zp. And only for fun.
Got 50.000 kills, and the 30.000 is in FFA

"Fixed" it a bit to show my point of view with a small example as to why the 2 words I said in my first post dont work toghether.

I have a huge argument. AK - 47! Even if you playing against me with M4 OB i can easily kill you with my AK. It's all about skill, really.

Never said an M4 OB cant be beaten.But when all VIPS are allowed in tournys theres one gun (two if I count the IB aswell) thats the most used and abused.And those tournys are on SnD. Now imagine the guns on Team Deathmatch which is surely not the image of "skill". Obviously you need some level of skill for any mode in this game.

I took place in many tournaments in CrossFire Russia. You will be surprised, but after some tours, where the skill level is very high, almost no one used M4 variants.
And that because everyone got BP helm, and AK-47 is -100 to the head, even with BP. Everything was allowed, but the TOP teams were using AK - 47, AWM , and they won.

Looks like z8 nerfed the ak since I still manage to do 98 dmg headshots.

Like already been said above: a tournament with armor and vips is just a joke imo. We should atleast have some rules.

-98 is only in long range, with some AK variants.
With AK Ares , AK Imperial dragon. VIP AKs you will always do -100 to the head. Even with BP in long range. Also with AK - 103 you will always do -100 to the head.

I've played in TDM tournaments before. It was not fun, it was unorganized, and allowing all gun variants is unbalanced. Tournaments should be based on skill, not using pay to win guns with full wallbang. Also, saying that you can beat any gun because you have more skill isn't a valid argument. A tournament involves multiple players, not just you. Make it fair for everyone.
