Wrong respond (CF Games 2016)

PLEASE READ IT !!!

I contacted with techn.support and they're respond me :

"The distribution for the event has been completed. Based on the logs we received from the database, you were not on the list of players that completed the requirements for this event."


Please tell me what is the meaning of this.
Im getting mad of this injustice

First of all, when the cfgames was started, we suddenly played on ZM mission. These 3 days we played only in new ZM 2.0 mode with my Russian team.
Almost every player from our clan had +25 completed games(Zm2)
I've done 35 mid, 22 hard games and just waited results, then finally we reached a gold medal and get the 2nd place in the table.
After that i just gave it up and waited when the event end. Because i didnt see a reason to play anymore.
Now im just got shocked when they respond me like that.
I cant believe that they even checked player online list, cuz we've seen too many rooms and players who just farmed. Or you can just look at player's opinion about this event.

MY CLAN INCLUDE ME WROTE SUPPORT TICKET AND NO ONE OF US DIDNT GET A REWARD!!!!!

I appeal to you Mods and admins, what is the race discrimination?
Judging by previous olympic games, Russian athletes had been banned and its happened only with us.
I cant be sure, but i cant believe that only Russian didnt get rewards.

I don't know anyone who picked the Russian team, so I don't know.

They seem to have issues with their database for like... 7-8 years

Hope you and your mates get your ribbons as I think your team actually deserved it ( unlike some others )

Edit2: lol, even the player who got the first place in "Shooting" event didn't get his ribbon. -> HIM

that event was bs.. I didn't get gold because of average. If its true what you say... RIP I also have a friend who played for Russians, Alari he didn't get it either and he played with me sometimes.
