We already have a live chat but noone uses it anymore especially since for w/e reasons it was moved from barracks to events.

but yea...Live Chat Support with say the GMs isn't gonna happen. They'd need to have at least 1 Support staff at the office 24/7 then (well you know people taking shifts but to make support available 24/7) and that's not going to happen. They don't even work weekends or, generally, after 5 or 6PM local time. And when they are working late...it's generally because they're making sure an update is going in relatively smoothly... So yea...you're not gonna see a Z8 Live Chat Support. Unless you really want to deal with an ACTUAL bot that uses key words and phrases to identify your problem and dish out copy pasted answers that probably won't suit your needs.
