I couldn't sign up my team for week3 as i always click sign up and nothing appears like my team is already signed in or something so i wanted to check if my team is signed up or not and if not can any admin sign up for us ?

So many teams couldn't sign up too like rulegends , synergy esports , dawnit ,etc...
we need admin to help us !!
