Banned for charge back via paysafecard

Hey guys,

today I wanted to play some games, and I see that I was banned permanently for charge backs. The problem is that I only bought two times ZP and in both purchases I used paysafecard. For the people who dont know, you can see your balance of the paysafecard code on the paysafecard website. My first way went there and there are no charge backs. Also you can see what the money was used for, and here you can clearly see that I used three paysafecards for crossfire, plus webshop id, transaction id, date and the confirmation that the purchase is completet. So does anyone know what problem is here? Maybe I should say, that I was really ****ed, because I wanted my barret obsidian beast give back for my ZP. After that, my weapon was taken from my account, but I havent received my ZP. I wrote more than 4 tickets, and maybe they gave me doubled ZP back, but why wouldnt they take that ZP back. What is the problem for my ban? btw german guy here, english not good
