This is referring to the fact that the event ends October 2nd. If under the limit of users for this event have won by this time, only those users will get it. However, I imagine enough users will already win by October 2nd.

As long as the D.E. Canadian is here to stay then I am happy since that means I get another chance of winning it in the future... I don't really want to be buying 500k ZP (already brought 200k), just to get some GP to spin for the D.E. Canadian crate.
