I got Perm Ban for nothing

Dear Z8Games,

I downloaded the game from 2 minutes after installing it i tried to join to channel after i joined it i got Disconnected
then when i tried to log in again i found that i'm perm ban , it was my first minute for me from 1 year to play Crossfire Na again
i think there is a mistake in my account
this is my first ban ever

I would also like to point out that there is always a reason why you were banned. Most cases are from using a hack tool or account sharing.

Like the guy above us mentioned, Support can give you the reason why you were banned so I suggest you send in a ticket explaining your situation.
