I just realized that crossfire handed out reward boxes on this very stecial date today....

I cant help it but this leaves a bad taste...

I assume by "stecial" you mean special. Why's that? Because people died? You don't even care, you're just forced to act like you care. Stop being so fake.

Tragedies happen every single day, if you do not care for the people who are being murdered right now as we speak, then you can't speak on it. 9/11 means absolutely nothing to a lot of people, including myself. Americans always put their dates wrong anyway, it should be 11/9.

I'm willing to guess that no one is going to fired for whatever it may have been that left a bad taste in your Mouth.

Not to mention that it's rather odd that you'd be logging into a game that involves shooting people and planting bombs, if them giving you a gift for attendance is already turning your stomach.

Well I guess you were right because the majority of players hate america and there are not enough people left that would be offended.

But still a game with "north america" in it´s name, handing out gifts on this 15 th anniversary. Not really a date an american company should celebrate with their costumers....

This is the IQ level of Americans these days. The 11th of September is just another day, move on.

What aggravates me the most is that you were probably 3-4 years old when it happened so it wouldn't really be anything you remember...

Please quit, it actually hurts to see there's Americans with the intelligence of Egyptians.

Sooo have you talked to the 'majority' of players to see if they actually hate 'America'?
Secondly, i'd rather people be joyful and do the things they want, thus being free, than to 'OOHHH THE TRAGEDY! WE MUST RESTRICT WHAT EVERYONE DOES CAUSE WE"RE UPSET!" aka not freedom. And seeing how Freedom is what our USA is supposedly all about...well you pick.
Also...the companies that develop and run this game...aren't US based companies either. So there's that.
Then there's the fact that, if you've been paying attention, they give out 'event boxes/special event boxes' through the attendance system on pretty much EVERY date that has something listed on your standard calendar. And just because they're giving out a box doesn't mean they're 'celebrating'. Heck you'd probably get mad if they didn't acknowledge the day at all. So at least they're acknowledging the date and thus what happened?
But that being said...are you going to get upset when Pearl Harbor Remembrance day rolls around and they dish out an 'event box' on that day too?

Im sorry but I dont really see the correlation between what happened on 9/11 and the reward boxes.

Oh and if you wanne be like that, people get bombed in syria everyday, and you're here planting bombs in SnD. Not really a nice thing to do either eh?

I'm sorry for what happened in the US. I'm sorry that so many people died on that day, however this is a game and not real life!
i don't see a point in this thread at all. It happened years ago and everyone needs to move on ( my opinion ), nobody is going to forget the people who got killed there.
