Someone on my account

So this morning i logged on to cf to play but when i joined a room my guns had been switched, my crates were opened and i'm a little freaked out right now. I just updated my password and all but should send in a support ticket?

I'd reckon you should run an Anti Virus Scan, and when you think the Skies are clear, change your Security Questions and Answers and the like.

Nothing hurts more than losing one's own account.

If you still have all the Data for your Account, there shouldn't be a reason to contact the Support, in my opinion. Just change em' right after you are sure that nothing conspicuous is recording your Inputs.

Luckily i didn't lose anything but just waking up to find out that someone was on your account makes me worried

Heh, my Heart also tends to fall all the way into my Pants whenever the "Account is already logged in" Message appears, while forgetting that I actually DCed, and the Server still thought I was online.

Remember these 2 Basic Rules;

1.) The only one you can trust with your Account is yourself.
2.) Be mindful of what you are downloading on the Internet/where you are surfing on the Internet.

These 2 Rules are for me the most effective way of keeping my Account safe.

You've got to think about how they got into your account in the first place. They could have gained access to your password from another account linked to your email or you could have a key logger/rat on your computer. Apparently there are some private servers that contain them...

Like m16 said run a virus scan along with a Malwarebytes scan on your PC. If you want to go even further you could get Process Explorer with VirusTotal to scan the processes running on your PC.

Once you're sure you're safe just change your password.
