Can't login

So I'm trying to log into my alt to buy zp for the first time, but it won't let me login for idk what reason.

I can login on the game just fine, but on the website it says "incorrect username/password"
All my other alts work except for this one ...

Even tried to use the "forgot password" link, and it says account not recoverable

Tried with:
Chrome (PC)
IE (PC)
Chrome (mobile)
Samsung Browser (mobile)

All says the same thing

Yah a few of my accounts have that limitation. Probably because the account was inactive and they decided to remove the email registered to the account? I don't know.

They deactivate Website access for your Alt when it is inactive for too long.

Send in a Support Ticket, they'll unlock it again for ya.

I last logged on the website on that account like a week ago.

Well, I dunno. When I had the same Problem (Being able to Log-In into the Game and not the Website) and I asked the Support, they told me that they deactivated it for inactivity. They reactivated it right after telling me that.

So just try asking em'.
