My account was banned for charge back reason and i sent the onecard epins in a ticket made by this account so i can get my account unbanned and it has been 3days + and non replied to me

Just be little bit more patience. I'm sure that they will reply with you once they are ready. You have to remember that they get 100s of tickets everyday so it can take while before they actually get to your ticket.
