Coin Grenade question

I have won 2 guns earlier, I check my storage and I don't have a perm version of it.
My question is:
is it given out right away or after the vent over?
and does it have same damage stats like normal grenade ?

EDIT: NVM I got its perm already, it requires to relog or switch server, and yeah it's given right away.
