Cf Games ribbon

My country got a gold medal but i didn't get the ribbon...
I've participated in the event but not the whole challenges. Like 8/20 only.
Did i have to participate in all of them to get it ? or just the one my country got a gold medal in ?
I see that a lot of my friends got it already. So i would like to know why didn't i ?
