Support

Why do they gotta close the tickets every time after they reply and force us to make a new ticket?

It's kinda annoying tbh. Anyone else feel the same?

  • I next to never have any need for the Support (and when I did, things were all said and done within one singular exchange), so I can't say I'm annoyed by it. Although if I were to frequent their advice, I suppose I could see how it would be rather annoying to deal with.

It's because they feel as if they answered the ticket to the point where it doesn't need a response from you then they can tick it off as dealt with.
  • I kinda feel the same way. Even though the times i've used it they answered my questions enough that a reply wasn't needed...there was one time I wanted to reply for further clarification on something but didn't REALLY need it just wanted an official answer. Decided it wasn't worth making another ticket for so said screw it. Maybe a prompt that asks if the support was sufficient or if you need more help could be asked and if you click 'Yes it was sufficient' the ticket gets closed but if you hit 'No, I have further questions/needs concerning this ticket' the ticket would remain open and further help could be provided within that ticket thread.

Not exactly a large worry to me...but it does seem like the tickets get closed because 'Okay we answered this one! Moving on!' when the answer could very well not be sufficient for dealing with the issue at hand. But...at the same time...they probably get a lot of 'non-issue' tickets that they don't want to go back to so they just do a quick answer, close, and move on so that they don't waste more time.

Ticket was about me recovering an account that I don't have access to. Support says the account is banned but like a few hours before I sent the ticket, I saw the account online. Lol.
And no it's not another account, I have all my accounts bookmarked with their IGN/Login ID.
  • Yeah they did the same too me when I asked for a refund. I purchased a coupon axe for 30 days and asked for a refund within 3 hours of the purchase. Support confirmed that my account was eligible for a refund and told me to reply back to the ticket to confirm I understood my actions. Support then closed the ticket so I could not respond to the ticket. I made another ticket and they told me not to make more tickets as the request was being handled. 30 days had passed, I used my axe once, I never got the coupons back. Dont bother with support, it's a waste of time typing.

Support is good now , Go Sumbit a ticket

You must be playing a different game then.
  • It is sometimes annoying that they close certain tickets which I belive they shouldn't, but I guess they know their job *cough*
What I find more annoying is that they sometimes don't answer my questions, but reply with something completely not related to what I asked.
  • We all need support trough our life.......[]
