Why i can not pay my chargeback ?

Recently, i had chargeback my zp purchased and now, i want to active my account again, but i can not pay my chargeback due to my account is flagged.
So, flagged account can not pay chargeback even tho it s not relate to change email or recovery account?

I've read of multiple cases in which the Support stated that Flagged accounts do not receive ANY kind of support, and that naturally includes chargebacks.

It seems your Account is over and done with. My utmost condolences, dear friend.

Isnt it a bit stupid or weird for an account to be flagged while having a chargeback? Like,chargeback = you have minus ZP or you owe Z8 money so you have to pay them the chargeback but since the account is flagged that means they cant receive money so imo its a "sorry Z8 no money from OP" case here.
