The best thing you can do right now is to report anyone that you think is farming by sending in a Support ticket with all the information and evidence that you may have.

To add onto this,

It'd also be useful to know that farming for the sake of merely farming is NOT banable, it's looked down upon though.

If they were to cheat their way through Events however, THEN go ahead and submit whatever evidence you might have.
