College wifi Compatibility

Hey guys, I just got to college, and I have to use ResNet as my wifi provider. Does anyone know if this wifi network is safe to play CF on? I would prefer not to get banned for something as dumb as wifi. Hopefully, I can still play occasionally though. Please help.

I... highly doubt you'd get banned for playing on WiFi from a specific provider.

I'd say go for it. I'd feel a bit wary about playing on a connection which is used by countless others though. But that's just a personal gripe of mine though.

You won't get banned from playing CF as long as you're not using a VPN to access the internet....however the college may block access to the game's ports, meaning you can't play that way...but not the other way round.

Another Tip: If you really want to connect to WiFi (public hotspots), then first make sure you still have access to your current Crossfire Email or Gmail. Incase you ever get hacked somehow (by KeyLoggers ect), you can recover it and re-change password without a problem.
