Bots in support.

Hell yea , now we all can undrestand why support system is almost useless.
I sent a support ticket and look at the answer;

Support system just working with keywords. That's so stupid.

I always found them suspicious, but if those were actually bots replying to ticket, we would get our answers almost instantly? Or nah?
I think they just copy paste their answers.

You received an answer that tells you politely that we cannot understand your issue or request because it has nothing to do with CrossFire or Z8Games. Support staff are professional and their answers have to be the same, even if the tickets they received are nonsense.
