I know it is a bit late but i was busy doing events , anyway thankfully they made room once without pw so i could join , and what i found is a bot that doesn't move and 2of them escaping , i waited there for more than 10 secs (looksthey didn't notice me joining) and when i started killing them the bot kicked me .
Just asking am i allowed to do like them?

That guy could have easily joined the game, went to the toilet then came back to the PC. He probably kicked you because he thought you were cheating. Just like that you think they are farming... Preposterous! Don't tell me you've never walked to the kitchen or needed to do something whilst playing Cross Fire? If i were in that room I would have also taken advantage of the situation, would you not? Before you post telling me about the similarities in ping, more than one player can play from the same country!
