Account banned by GMs in game because of accurate aim
Good Evening!
My friend's account was immediately banned by GM's an hour ago because he played a TD match against them and they mistook him for a hacker because he has great aim. He's a competitive crossfire player and has performed consistently in competitive crossfire tournaments. Is there a way for him to prove his skill with anticheat so he can get his account unbanned?
I am writing this post for him because Englishi isn't his first language so it's hard for him to explain his circumstances in a clear and concise way.
I can not reveal the in game name for the sake of the player's safety as players have threatened and cyber-bullied in the past in competitive tournaments.
Thank you !

....You might want to shoot them a PM, or a Support Ticket.

Since well... we can't really do much for you if all you have to say is "Someone got banned by a GM, but I can't tell you who". Although, I suppose even if you did give a Name, we wouldn't really be able to do anything about it here.
May you find your way, HelpImLost. -

How was that "toxic" and how does that make the forums vulnerable to cyber bullying? Lol.
Every single decent team in both the NA and UK divisions speak good enough English to make a forum thread, and the GM's have played pubs with teamw0w/carbon/!nstinct and nobody from those teams has gotten manually banned. Although I'll agree on your point with competitive players receiving harassment due to others being narrow minded and accusing them of cheating, the chance that your "friend" is actually a competitive player who doesn't speak English and wasn't doing anything at all to deserve a ban is near improbable. But ultimately the only thing you can do is send a support ticket -

Crossfire originated in Korea, an Asian country. One does not need to be able to speak English well or at all in order to play well on this game. The competitive community is known to verbally abuse players who aren't in the "top 3" competitive clans. That does not mean all others are unskilled or should be labeled as cheats. The "top 3" most likely won't let players in if they do not speak English well enough because of the lack of communication.
My friend can speak and write English, just not as fluently so this will save time and trouble.
I've submitted a ticket, thank you for the tip. -

If you're confused, negative comments like that reflects the "narrow mindedness" and the "quick to point fingers" kind of attitude that causes the cyber-bullying and verbal abuse. If someone genuinely has a problem and asking for help because they know they have done nothing wrong, then why would you just dismiss them in that manner? -

You're not even the person (supposedly) that's involved in the incident, so you truly don't know whether or not the ban was deserved. The fact of the matter is that he's not even close to as good as players that have pubbed with GM's, yet those actual good players never get kicked (and might I add, GM's don't ban accounts if they suspect them of cheating ingame, they simply kick them from the server for a period of time)
I'm not saying he can't submit a support ticket, all I'm saying is don't be surprised when "he" doesn't get unbanned . The post wasn't meant to sht talk, but I'm sure you can understand the lack of trust when nothing in your post adds up
Also you can't submit support tickets for other people, so if you're actually making this thread for someone else then he has to be the one that makes the support ticket -

So let's be honest.
GMs are not great at this game. If I can kill them repeatedly, does that mean I'm cheating?
The account was kicked off the server for 5 minutes and then permanently banned immediately afterwards.
If he doesn't get unbanned, then so be it. Z8 is a company hiring people who aren't doing their jobs properly anyway. People shouldn't have to struggle with these problems just because GMs are feeling frustrated playing against people who have obviously spent more time on this game.
Where was the proof that he cheated? You can't just ban people or accuse them of cheats without evidence because they play exceptionally better than you.
And I understand that the ticket has to submitted by someone else. I just wish people who work at z8 do their job. Customer service is beyond terrible. -

Yes cause that's the attitude that's going to get you unbanned. Lmao -

So you're saying that I need to kiss a GM's ass to get some help for my friends?
Am I the one that got banned?
Lmao your methods may work well for you but I don't think I would need to kiss anyone's ass for some normal customer service. -

I hope you know that if you send a ticket for your friend it won't help him AT ALL. And if you send a ticket on your friend's account that's sharing accounts and can get you banned. Nobody knows why they banned, maybe he insulted the GM, tried to kick him or whatever. -
Please keep in mind that because you are blocked does not always mean it was for hacking, and that while support does do their job, DS is right that an attitude won't help your friend. GM's do not ban or kick just because someone is 'good'. And for the record to stand up for my own team, I'm sure we have one or two people in the office that could carry a team of smileys against almost anyone that plays public games. Because you don't see them in-game does not mean they aren't there. You also mention that your friend can't speak english very well. If this is the case, and the ticket that was recently sent is written in decent english, support staff may be suspicious.
Good luck to you and your 'friend' but this topic is getting closed for the amount of poor attitude you have displayed. And be glad an infraction wasn't added for it as well.
