But usually after you complete with correct information the recovering ticket you will get an email in first 24 hours (some times up to 48-72 hours)
Then you must daily check email - at some point support center can ask you some other information from your lost account and you have 24 hours to answer the request with correct data.

It takes 1-2 days at most for most people stop trying to help in things you know nothing about. We have mods Pyrex & Dupree & a few others no need for broken English & incorrect information. -
I think the support didn't recovery my account they replay to me that,,,,,,,It appears that your request is in regard to an account that has been permanently blocked for violating our Terms of Service. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with any assistance in regard to this account.

You violated the terms of use, which they specifically stated in your ticket. Meaning there's nothing you can do to get your account back.
