Z8Games support doesn't help me

Z8Gamed support doesn't help me anymore.
My another account 11 VIP is stolen and the support didn't help me to recover my account what can i do? i have all info and all charge codes

    If your account is shared/bought/traded then Z8 will flag your account meaning they cannot assist you with account recovery if you lose your information or get hacked.

    Have you sent a support ticket asking why your account could not be recovered?

    If you sent a support ticket they will get back to you. It may take a couple of days but they will answer you.
  • Recovering an lost account (supposing is not flagged for share / trade or hacking) is a long process, can take up to 30 days

    But usually after you complete with correct information the recovering ticket you will get an email in first 24 hours (some times up to 48-72 hours)

    Then you must daily check email - at some point support center can ask you some other information from your lost account and you have 24 hours to answer the request with correct data.

    It takes 1-2 days at most for most people stop trying to help in things you know nothing about. We have mods Pyrex & Dupree & a few others no need for broken English & incorrect information.

    You violated the terms of use, which they specifically stated in your ticket. Meaning there's nothing you can do to get your account back.
