Report

So I am reporting this guy, but the reports are not going through for whatever reason, it says it was sent successfully but it doesn't show it. I sent a ticket for them to see if it actually went through but it didnt and they asked to resend it. I did, but again it said it went through but it didn't. So I replied to the ticket... So I just want to let the GM's know that I am not trolling or anything, but it just doesn't work... I sent one more time (3rd time) and it wont send... Y'all don't need to stop replying to me ;-;

And this is the second time this happens, but the first time when I resent it, it went through lmao

  • Perhaps the Server responsible for showing the Tickets you've sent is having some hiccups? The entire ticket just getting lost in Limbo wouldn't be out of the question either.

    I'd give it a few days to see if those ghostly tickets somehow materialize in your "View Tickets" Tab, if nothing changed until then, I'd assume it's a problem on their end.

    Iirc, svanced had this same problem, but a while ago. I tried sending with my main account and it still doesn't work. Could it be because the replay is too big? because it was a long match.

    That could be it. How large is the replay file?

    Geeze. One of the mutant modes? Anyway yeah it could be filesize then. If the report is something very obvious and very important, I'd see if you can zip it and put it in a ticket.

    No, it's not Mutant Mode, it's SnD. It's not THAT obvious but I gave the correct times where it makes it somewhat obvious. I'll try to send it through a ticket then.
  • I had this problem too. It doesn't show on the history but it says it's successful. However the problem was 2 things, 1 was I added too much text so I removed some of it and it went through, 2nd was the text you put in rounds, if you put "-" or anything like that it won't go through. (that got fixed, now it says [FONT=&amp]Rounds should be integer.[/FONT][FONT=&amp]) I sent a ticket about the first problem to inform you guys about the problem and to have a limit on characters.[/FONT]

    I had a little bit of text because I gave the times and explained why I think that player is hacking. But last time this happened to me, I didn't have much text. And no, it's not successful. I sent them a ticket asking to see if the report was there and they said they got nothing.

    Yes,I had an issue where my report wouldnt not show up on the report history(=it didnt went through),regardless of browser.I was asked to send the report but as a ticket just that one time and after that,future reports were showing again in history = the bug was fixed.

    Just like how you were told now to zip it into a ticket.

    Yes, certainly. Those 2 hackers which I'm mostly complaining about... They change their IGN's every now and then. Anyway...
    I gathered a decent amount of reports in one day, so I decided to kill some time and send reports to Z8. I reached the limit of 5 per 24 hours, and decided to wait for a day or two idk.
    While I was waiting, they changed their IGN's.
    When I decided to report them with the IGN's which they had in the replay file, I had this issue. It said the report was successfully submited, but it didn't show up on the list. So I tried a couple more times with different details and all that info you put in the report, and the same thing happened...
    So, I decided to report them by their current IGN and it worked.

    I guess you have some kind of a anti-spam thingie which rejects reports with IGN's which are not currently in use?
  • Today somewhere around 10 am CEST I couldn't open support site at all, maybe that has something to do with it.
