File is changed W[2007] L[0]
"File is changed W[2007] L[0]...rez/RB001.REZ
I couldn't get into the game since the last update because of this error(I'm getting this error on 3 different computers)
I tried to reinstall the game and it didn't work & I tried to download the RB001.rez file separately and it also didn't work =(
maybe this game doesn't support windows 10?
what should I do? (and no I'm NOT going to turn my antivirus off...I'm not crazy)
I believe I'm not the only one getting this error and the problem is from their side and not mine

What I do is as soon as I click the 'Join' button I alt + tab. Then when you're ingame it works just fine. But if you forget to do it before joining it won't work. -
Did you delete the folder when you reinstalled?
Also, I am on W10 and it works fine, just the Alt+Tab issue.
yes I uninstall the game & delete the folder and reinstall it multiple times >.<"[GM]Kanadian wrote: »What antivirus are you using, Adiga?
I don't know..when I used win 7 it was firewall but now it's something called "windows defender"
it's weird suddenly the game started to work on my laptops but not on my main (desktop)..I guess the problem is in the metals on my computer .. I guess it need a full renovation -
I know you already re-installed many times but have you tried doing it by following these steps?:
- Control Panel -> Z8Games -> CrossFire -> Uninstall CrossFire
- Open Up My Computer
- Delete the CF directory (Program Files/Z8Games/CrossFire/)
- Delete the CF directory (<user>/Document/CrossFire/) (Make sure you backup any screenshots or replays you may have before doing this).
- Disable your anti virus
- Download the newest client from our downloads site
- Install the game from the new download
- Add the entire crossfire folder to your antivirus exceptions
- Re-enable realtime protection
I hope that works for you!
