Nothing perm, but it gives nice items. They changed the items recently so now I don't know what's in them.

Off the top of my head I remember there being a gold axe, an ak47 knife black stripe, and some other fun stuff. I don't recall all of them without looking, though.

Oh maww gawd. Dat's amazing. I only got two items out of it, Extra Missions, and Desert Eagle UG. Wish I could get only Extra Missions since it helps alot with the 100% Badge item. :P

That AK is so sexy,I mean its just like the scope ak but instead it has a knife.
