Changing hte color scheme

Ok, so when you run the game it automatically changes the color scheme of your screen to windows 7 basic, and when you close the game it returns to the original state of the screen, but since this game crash/closes itself 50% of the time, the ugly scheme with alot of brightness stays on my screen until i restart the pc.
The thing is, i dont want to restart every time to change it back...

Does someone have a solution on how to prevent the game from changing my screens color scheme? or how to set it back without restart?

i'm using windows10.
