HELP ! Where is my account??

I have my username and E-mail address but no password, Z8 said they sent me an E-mail for my password and I haven't received it for a long time.
I also can't find myself on the game.

1. Forum won't help you, only through support tickets. (http://support.z8games.com/us/index.php?/Tickets/Submit)
2. If you waited a long time to receive the email, but got nothing, that means it's not the email that the account is registered to.
