Support dont help me with this issue!

Hello, my account Merlin was scammed by a egyptian player, he have my ID and password and my problem is, that my registered german email account do not get any recovery email from the Z8Games website! And the support ignore me and close all my tickets after 10 - 15 Minutes! This is a shame!

But after few a lot of minutes my email account get no email!!!! And the spam folder is empty too!!!! Why nobody help me!! Why? I spend hundreds of euro for this account since the year 2010 and that my registered email is not working is a server issue from Z8games and not my fault! Please help me!

I just closed an identical thread by you earlier. If I close another, infractions start. Nobody on the forums can help you. You need the right info in your tickets.
