Hello, my registered email adress is known.
i only try to recover my password with the recover function from your website but i dont get the recover email to change it, i try it multiple times, it seems to be a bug at your website! If there is no bug than i want to change the email adress, maybe my email adress is not working or something like this, i have access to this email adress but i not understand why i can not recover the known password, i test it multiple times but i dont get the email from your website!
And the support dont help me! Im logged in with my account at the website, i know my ID, PW, Security Answer, last payment and the support close it every time again!

This is how you react to a veteran player with a 6 year old account or what?
I detected this bug with this website and i want only that a GM fix this problem with the recovery email function to my registered email adress, not more! I not want a miracle or something like this! The support must help me!!

and after 10 - 20 minutes there is no email at my registered email adress!!!! The Spam folder is empty too! maybe a GM can now understand that i need help with this BUG!!

Nobody here on the forums can help you. If you don't have the right info entered, then you don't have the right info entered. Also, it appears you have a german email account, which means you may have an odd ending to your email host, such as .de for example. If this is the case, a lot of times those servers don't play nice with our emails. Double check your info, and try again with account admin to change your email.
