Scammed account Merlin!

Hello, my account was scammed, i have the ID, the old PW, the original email and the Birthday but the support doesnt help me and close the ticket multiple times!
Please help me!

The same player who scammed Merlin was insulting me and tried to scam me too. Give Dennis his account back.

No one on the forums can help you, usually you would send a support ticket but since you've already done so and they closed it. All you can do is send another ticket and this time try to include more information that only the first owner would know.

If they told you there wasn't enough correct info, that is because there wasn't enough info. Also, these forums can not help you. Only the support system can, as Dave mentioned.
