How does one get a REC7?

Hi guys, seen this weapon quite often so I cant imagine its too difficult to get.

Cant find any information on the internet on how to get one?

You can obtain the REC-7 for 7 Days from the Daily Attendance System.

Logging in 7 Times (?) in a month gives you a "Primary Weapon ticket, in which there are about 9 Weapons to choose from, under which the REC-7 is filed aswell.
