wtf is going on with the clan mark creation? It used to be free to have a limited selection of logos for your clan mark and now I cant even create one without ZP?
and it makes no sense to have your clan name be unavailable when it was DISBANDED...
The suggestion is clear...

Didn't Clan Marks always cost ZP?

I'm quite certain they were.

As for the Whole clan name thing, I'm not very well versed in the intricacies regrarding it, so I'm drawing a blank there.

The clan name system is super buggy so you aren't the only one experiencing this issue. I would suggest you send a support ticket with the problem you're having and hopefully next maintenance the bug will get fixed.
