Forgot my email

someone is always trying to log to my cf acc and sometimes a message appears on my screen saying "the id is aready logged in" so i decided to chnage my pass and email
aready chaged the pass and now :
i wanna change my old email with my new email and in order to do that i should confirm it from my old email and the proplem here that i forgot my old email snice it is 2-3 years y/o but i think i still remember the pass , is there anyway to get my old email ???
