Pre-Order Slaughter Tickets

Was just wondering if everyone who pre-ordered the Barret Iron Shark had gotten their 10 Slaughter Ticket C's? I've never used slaughter tickets before and remembered that I should have 10 of them from the pre-order and went to go check it out in inventory and saw that they weren't there. I've submitted a ticket, but figured i'd see if anyone else who pre-ordered was missing theirs as well.

Well according to their logs I did receive the tickets and they were used. However, I don't remember ever seeing the stuff they listed me as winning from the tickets. Though I'm going to check inventory as even if I had won those things on the first day some of them will still be there.

However, I'll also say it's pretty lame that they were auto-turned on for use. Things like this should be set to not be used until selected/acknowledged by the player. =/

The ones you buy are auto-ON, so it makes sense to add them as ON imo. I guess they assumed you guys knew how it works. It also shows up in game and there are some animations on the side, so thats another hint.

It's really easy to use them without realizing and the stuff you get is not necessarily going to pop out at you as anything special (lots of garbage rewards).

I recall like killing one zombie and using up 3-4 tickets from one kill. So yeah, it's possible that 3 zombies in and you would have used up all your tickets. Unless you win a perm item, the notification saying you used up the tickets lasts about half a second then disappears.

If you do get an item, the chat box will say you won, and that message stays there until new chat messages spam it out.

But it's been a long time since I used them, but I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

IMO they should never be Auto-on, Just like when you get sprays and namecards in crates...that crap should be set so that the player has to turn it on in order for it to be active. Especially not ones given out as rewards/pre-order bonuses as those aren't actively bought while IN-Game. And I knew a little about them such as you said knew something was SUPPOSE to show up in game. But I never saw those animations. Otherwise I would have been 'OH HEY RIP my slaughter tickets'. Though I will say their ingame description is VERY lacking outside of what you can win with them IMO. It's like "Okay...kill Zombies and you might get one of these things!" pretty lacking in details if you ask me.
