CFhack report case status

so i just want be clear after i done reporting a hacker/ glitchers and they say cased closed, does it mean cf banned the player ? and for how long a case stays open ? it be great have a feature letting players know, they players we report gotten banned

Open or closed is the same. They can't tell you if the player was banned or not.

Closed means they have seen your report and taken action. They don't tell you if the player is banned or not. (one of their policies)

Why dont they ever ban these guys permanently? Need to start doing IP ban so they wont make a new account and AIMBOT back up to 5 star in a couple months. Hero Mode always have groups of hackers protecting each other from being kicked. There needs to be an update on the ANTI hack every week.


Or they need program to auto scan replays and AUTO ban any hackers detected. If they get reported twice its an AUTO ban PERM. This would save time and make this game funner.

Even if they somehow get to your report in a couple of years, they are most likely not going to add "closed/open". They are also not going to inform you if they have seen the replay or taken action against the hacker. Which makes sense, right?

PengYou Clan has so many hackers. I have video proof but nothing ever gets done. Ruins the game.
