I sended over 5 support ticket and they keep getting closed cause something wrong it's only the transaction Id and payment method because did not choose any and i can't send a SUPPORT TICKET TO RECOVER MY ACCOUNT! someone can help me??

What's a Transaction ID? i didn't buy anything ..

That is the number of the ZP purchase you made. You get a transaction number after each one.
