When I receive information about current Hacks, should I send it to you or aren't this information helpfull for you?

They most likely have their own team that looks out for stuff like that, but I guess it never hurts to shoot em' a ticket and tell them about it.

As for which category, I'd personally file it either under CrossFire Support > "Violation Report" or "Other"

While I'm sure they'd appreciate the help whether it made a difference or not, make sure you don't get keylogged or hacked in the process. Yes you're trying to help, but if you lose your acc that makes you no special.

You can always send us any info about hacks in the Support Ticket system. Just make sure never to test the hacks yourself (you'd probably end up banned) and try not to download it either because all kinds of evil things are usually attached. Just send us the info (websites, names, etc) and we'll take it from there
