ive purchased zp using tpay over a week ago and there is 5k missing and ive sent support ticket and no body responded from week ago pelase pay some attention and respond to my ticket

Just have some patience and they will respond to you within time.

If you really can't wait anymore, then one of the things you can do is reply back to the ticket that you have sent just to remind them that the ticket is still unanswered.
