The Kick Vote System overlay placement

The menu is pretty annoying since it's under the center of my screen and it affects my gameplay. I also use low resolution so this affects me even more, and guessing that most players don't have big monitors or just prefer low resolution could also be the reason why they F11 whenever they see a vote. The person who is starting the vote on the other hand is something else, he just doesn't want pros killing him for the rest of the game :P So what if the placement of the overlay goes somewhere on the side of the screen, with a smaller sized box?

I don't have a problem with it but yeah, true it doesn't need to be as obnoxious.
Guess it could even be done through the chat system. When a vote has been initiated it appears in a different colour text, and chatting will be suspended until the vote is completed.

How about completely remove it since our version is full of kids that only use their brains to ask for VIP and kick whenever they feel like it?
